- A move-in checklist your boarder can read in English, Tagalog or Bisaya
- Reminders to your boarder until move-in day
- A report by email while a move-in is under way: daily in the last week, weekly before that

We set up your home in the software with you, then run your first move-in together.

- Utilities: which ones your boarder takes over and which are included

What do I still get after my boarder moves in?
The move-in money records and the checklist. The records of security, first board and board in advance stay with you, and your boarder can still read the checklist for a while after move-in.
Keeping track of weekly board after move-in is planned for a yearly plan. It is not ready yet, so that plan is not on sale.
